China Trip: Seventh Day

February 8th, Tuesday...

It's already the 7th day of our trip in China. Near to the end, doesn't mean that nothing more special. It was totally an interesting day with something amazing waiting for us at night :)

Early in the morning, ermm... Actually not early already, nearly noon.. taking our brunch (breakie + lunch) in this famous building called "Hong Ni" (Red Dirt) that serve abnormally yummeh meal ^^.

Take a look at the inner part of this restaurant. It's so grandy inside... Ambiance lighting makes us felt so comfy when serving ^^ Bet it's kinda expensive :S

Before everyone finishes, I went out to the side of the road for some pictures.

Actually we were heading to a park with a very very big lake in the center. Have no idea what's this lake's name... But should be nice for sure ;)

Hehe... Picture of dad and mom.

And here's the lake, it's so big that lotsa small island located all around. The one above in the picture was the biggest island within the lake that has certain famous temples and a tower ^^

Love this picture. 'Cause there's no way you can snap this kinda picture from Malaysia :)

Hehe... camwhoring, lol.. I look so gunduk.. :P

Yeah!! Family picture on the other side of the lake ^^

Group picture of the ladies...

Visiting the lake park of course not only loitering around the park that simple. We were heading to the mini port at the other side of the lake, ready to sail around the lake ^^ "Eggcited"

That's the boat we gonna sail with... 4 ren min bi per entry (RM2), not too expensive right? :)

Going on board, of course heading up to the 2nd storey.. ^^ Finding a nice seat settling down, then... Camwhoring again :P

All the travelers down there. Lady with a green hat was the tour guide that guided us throughout the whole day :) She's really good in quoting all the chinese proverb without needing to refer to any scripts. Salute!!

Lotsa of the tourists were like us too, sailing around the lake leisurely. But with different boat, theirs have to be sailed by manpowers. Hehe :P

Another smaller island with somebody staying in it, but it's visitable... :) Feel very comfy to stay there..

-Sailing around the lake once needs approximately 1 hour, but it's definitely worth trying :) I knew lotsa things from the sail ^^

Up next... we went to an ancient tower to try out something called lotus jelly. It's their special product that only can be found here... But to me, it's kinda jelak, not really that nice even though they said it's good for health.

Two ladies were playing us all the chinese classical musics when we were serving the lotus jelly.

LOL... She's quite pretty and really good in her skills. :)

Went up further into the tower... Fog was all around, so can't get nice scene pictures. But what I like was the windy condition there, so cooling ^^ A picture of my dad and mom :)

LOL.. My dad and his good friend, uncle Alan :)

At the ground floor of the tower, it's actually like a museum. Exhibiting lotsa models and fact street scenes, showing what and how people did and lived last time.

A splendid 3D mini street scene... You may wanna enlarge it. It's really like a real one... Awesome :)

A picture of my dad, uncle and his friends outside the temple later on. Starting from the left side: Uncle Alan, my fifth uncle, Uncle Low, my dad. ^^

Dinner hour :D Restaurant's name: Qian Jiang Jiu Lou

Hungry ^^ finding our table and faster have a sit :)

This was where we went after dinner, called "Shung Cheng" (City of Shung). Hehe.. it's so crowded, just passing the entrance alone took us around half and hour... :S

And later on we were told that there's another grand show waiting for us again. Show's title: "Shung Cheng Qian Gu Qing" (The lasting love of the City of Shung). Wanna know how was it? Let me show you later^^

LOL... Some stun man shows were showing over that side, many people watching, sure it's nice :)

Hehe... Heading towards the city cate, it's very common during ancient China.

Lotsa streets were inside, but us guys and girls only interested in this one, the haunted street :P Quite scary and interesting :)

The haunted house that we went in, it was stated that, pregnant women and those who have heart attack were not allowed to enter. *Heartbeating* :S

A staircase that led to a huge Buddha idol on top... Don't have the time to give it a pray. Next time ya ^^

There was still around 20 mins before the show starts, we kept loitering around the streets. Never knew food stores and boutique shops were everywhere... Many people were like me, hehe.. What?? Snapping around crazily la :P

Yeah!! ^^ Shows gonna start now... Let's go up :D

I'm gonna let the pictures talk now :) They will tell you what we saw... Also directed by China famous director, Zhang Yi Mou. Don't know who?? Haha, he was also the director of 2008 Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremonial la. Is time to do some researches... :P
