Yeah!! I Got GPS ady!!

August 13th, Friday... Before this, I was all the while loyal and believed in Nokia Navigator phones' GPS and thought that, "ermm... since it's a navigator phone, the GPS should be free of charge right?" Yes, that sounds like Nokia is SOOOOO kind and gonna offer free GPS services for us users. But guess what? My Nokia 6220C, so-called the Navigator, has a built-in GPS satellite receiver, yet even after I get the preloaded map(downloaded Nokia map) to work on my phone, Nokia the money sucker still gonna charge me for the license payment. Every time when I start using the Nokia OVI Map, it works well for the first few seconds, but later on it would pop out a box and asks: "ONLINE IS REQUIRED TO GO FOR SHOPS!!"(that means asking me to pay the license money for using their satellite services).

Agree? or Cancel? (cancel of course)

Once I pick Cancel, the navigation stop immediately... WTF!!!

Nokia... could you please literally explain to me what's the purpose for launching your navigator edition products? Your phones with GPS function might definitely cost more expensive than those without it already, some more you gonna charge us the service fees. WHAT A GOOD PLAN IN EARNING MONEY HUH!!??

The stupid Nokia Map... cacat betul. lousy..

Cheh, like I gonna pay for the license huh?
I tell you, Nokia, I very Kiam Siap wan... Wuahahahaha!!!!

Of course I'm not gonna buy the license, and it's impossible for me to change to those Nokia phones who provide free license. Okay, let me figure out the ways...
Uh huh... Something suddenly came up to my mind, a certain someone told me to install this before, isn't there something called Garmin Mobile XT? I have tried to look into it previously, but the tutorial from the net shows somehow complicated, that's why I given up that time. Ermm, it seems like so many people are using this Garmin now, so why can't I make one for myself? Yeee, I'm so gonna make it to my phone no matter how complicated it is, I don't wanna sesat in the midst of the town/city or highway anymore. Turning round and round, paying the toll money, wasting up the petrol and time.

Alright!! I need to download quite lots of files, softwares and applications from those websites whom the owners have successfully get the Garmin worked well on their phones. Special thanks to these specialists and geniuses... 'M gonna share them here anyway...

These are the files...

-Garmin Keygen 1.5

-GarminMobileXTforSymbianS603rdEdition_50050

-GarminMobileXTFreeBasemap_4xxxx

-Garmin_Mobile_XT_Voice_and_Support_Files

-gmapsupp

-GM-MySInMXT

-setup help file

A lot right? Phew, I was working with my Windows XP, because all the files and softwares are only compatible with XP. Spending hours of my class time in doing it duel to the super tortoise speed working efficiency of XP. Got the tutorial steps from a youtube video too. Hehe, at last...

**Tadah**!!! Garmin Mobile XT working on my Nokia 6220 Classic. ^^ happy...

I've got the map of Malaysia to load in it, so I don't need to spend money to download it on my phone anymore. Can work in offline mood some more... it's gratis... :)

Let's go for the turn-by-turn navigations, with voice guidance... Lol, it makes me travel with confidence. ^^

I can't believe that I actually did it and make one for myself, and I got no way to sesat now. Haha, thanks to the GPS service in my phone, and also all the nerds sharing their opinions on the websites... Yeah, dare me to challenge the roads in K.L. Let's hang out to Midvalley again now... ^^
